We're Hiring | Business Development Officer (B2B)
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Officer (B2B) to join a growing organization within the education sector. This role is based on-site in Dubai and is ideal for professionals who have a strong background in B2B partnerships, agent management, and international student recruitment.
Key Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B business development.
Strong hands-on experience in agent management, partnerships, and channel development.
An established agent network across Asia, particularly in:
India
Nepal
Bangladesh
Sri Lanka
Ability to onboard, manage, and grow long-term relationships with education agents.
Prior exposure to student recruitment and international education markets is a strong advantage.
Role Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and strengthen B2B partnerships with education agents.
Drive student recruitment initiatives from identified target markets.
Expand and enhance the existing agent network to support business growth.
Achieve assigned business targets and contribute to market expansion strategies.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and performance tracking.
Work Location: On-site, Dubai
