As a Business System Analyst in our SmartBusiness Team, you will play a crucial role in helping both us and our partners bridge the gap between IT solutions and business problems.

This role is instrumental in improving the efficiency and productivity of business operations through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Systems Analysis and Integration: Analyze current systems and processes to identify improvements, and design solutions that integrate various business systems and workflows.
• Data Visualization and Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
• Project Management: Coordinate with IT and business units to implement technology solutions, including setting timelines, preparing budgets, and managing resources.
• Testing and Deployment: Oversee the testing of new systems and configurations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth deployment and functionality.
• Training and Support: Provide training to users on new systems and processes and offer ongoing support and enhancements.
