يساعد الجزار و ستيل كوميس II الطهاة في العمليات اليومية لمطبخ SAWA ويساعد في الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ وجودة في إعداد الطعام.
ما ستفعله
المهام الرئيسية/الوصف:
1. إعداد المعجنات/منتجات المخابز وفقًا للإجراءات القياسية، بطاقات الوصفات، الصور والتعليمات المعطاة.
2. مساعد طاهٍ في قسم/طاهٍ مساعد/كوميس I في وضع وصفات معيارية وضمان الالتزام بها.
3. المشاركة في تطوير المنتجات وفي التحكم في سير العمل السلس للمطبخ.
4. معرفة جيدة بأنواع المأكولات وصحة خدمة الطعام لأداء الواجبات والمسؤوليات للمنصب بكفاءة وإنتاجية.
5. أن يكون لديك معرفة كاملة بمعايير الطعام في فور سيزونز.
6. يظهر ويحافظ على سلوك مهني وموقف إيجابي في جميع الأوقات.
7. أداء مهام أو مشاريع أخرى كما هو معين من قبل الشيف المساعد وشيف المطعم.
