Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement buying strategies that align with brand and organizational goals.
• Plan and manage seasonal product assortments to ensure balance between style, price, and customer preference.
• Monitor Open-to-Buy (OTB) budgets and control spending by store and category.
• Analyze in-season performance and adjust strategies to optimize sales and margins.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while negotiating prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Partner with Planning, Logistics, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure effective stock flow and brand consistency.
• Leverage customer feedback, sales analytics, and market research to inform buying decisions.
• Support training sessions for store teams on new collections, trends, and product highlights.
