Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct a training needs assessment with the target participants and relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze the findings and prepare a short training needs assessment report.
• Develop the training curriculum and prepare all training materials and tools.
• Deliver the training sessions (online and/or in-person, as required).
• Provide coaching/mentorship sessions to participants when requested.
• Deliver face-to-face trainings in Iraq and/or Syria when the assignment is not online and field delivery is required.
• Conduct pre- and post-tests and collect participant feedback to measure learning and satisfaction.
• Draft and submit the final training report, including results, participant feedback, and recommendations.
