Assist in the Implementation and monitoring of the succession management process.
Designs a monitoring system to track the progress of talents.
Support the succession management cycle by coordinating data collection, consolidating inputs, and maintaining periodic reports and trackers/databases.
Demonstrated capability in digital tool enablement for HR processes (e.g., forms/workflow tools, dashboards, simple databases, or automation), with the ability to translate process needs into practical digital solutions.
Assist in identifying and mapping talent pools for critical roles by collecting inputs and maintaining lists
Close coordination with the Talent Mgmt. Specialist in administering Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employees.
Produce structured insights and progress views of IDPs (e.g., completion status, overdue actions, bottlenecks) to enable quick monitoring and proactive follow-up with stakeholders & HRBPs
Prepare sessionsworkshops materials, talking points, and briefing notes, and support the delivery of clear presentations with confidence.
Maintain professional communication with strong follow-up discipline and stakeholder coordination.
Support the logistical requirements of workshops and sessions (scheduling, attendance tracking, materials printing, room setup, technology testing).
Follow up with employees, managers, and liaise and coordinate with the training team on the development actions, enrollment, attendance, completion, and evidence of learning, and update progress status accordingly for the talents with IDPs.
Escalate delays, gaps, or dependency risks (e.g., missing nominations, unavailable programs, scheduling conflicts) with clear options and recommendations for resolution.
Maintain high data quality through defined checks, version control, and timely stakeholder follow-ups to ensure decision-ready reporting.
Perform other OD administrative tasks as requested by management and business needs.
- BSc degree in Business administration, Communications or related fields
- 2 years experience in HR or related field preferred
- Languages (Arabic & English) is must, Kurdish is plus
- Computer proficient in Microsoft Office especially PPT & Excel

- BSc degree in Business administration, Communications or related fields
- 2 years experience in HR or related field preferred
