This role is ideal for skilled professionals looking for Flooring Installer Jobs in Dubai with stable income and long-term career growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Install carpets, vinyl flooring, laminate flooring, hardwood, and other floor materials.

  • Measure site areas accurately before installation.

  • Cut and fit flooring materials with precision.

  • Ensure proper alignment and smooth finishing.

Surface Preparation & Removal

  • Remove old carpets or damaged flooring.

  • Prepare and level subfloors before installation.

  • Clean and inspect surfaces to ensure high-quality results.

Finishing & Quality Control

  • Secure edges, seams, and trims properly.

  • Ensure neat finishing and professional results.

  • Check completed work for durability and safety standards.

Repair & Maintenance Work

  • Repair damaged carpets or flooring.

  • Replace worn-out sections when required.

  • Provide basic maintenance advice to clients.

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow safety guidelines on job sites.

  • Handle tools and equipment properly.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Requirements

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Carpet Installer Jobs UAE or Flooring Technician roles.

  • Experience in residential, commercial, or fit-out projects in Dubai is an advantage.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of carpet, vinyl, laminate, and wooden flooring installation.

  • Ability to read measurements and site layouts.

  • Skilled in using cutting and fitting tools.

  • Attention to detail and quality finishing.

  • Physically fit and able to handle heavy materials.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in interior fit-out companies in Dubai.

  • Knowledge of subfloor leveling and adhesive application.

  • Valid UAE driving license (optional but beneficial).
