The role:
Reporting to the Cash Collection Manager, the Cash Collection Agent is responsible for monitoring receivables from Yassir's partners and collecting outstanding amounts. This position requires regular interaction with partners to ensure efficient and timely collection.
Responsabilit s :
  • Ensure regular monitoring of partner commission amounts and their periodic collection.
  • Contact partners to plan collections and ensure compliance with recovery deadlines.
  • Follow up with partners in case of non-payment and ensure recovery according to the objectives set.
  • Provide partners with a precise statement of the amounts to be collected or raised.
  • Check bank deposits daily and make any necessary reminders or deactivations.
  • Prepare invoices and payment details after each withdrawal.
  • Update the table tracking amounts collected and due.

Job requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, management or commerce.
  • Mastering computer tools
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Autonomy, responsiveness and team spirit
  • Rigour and a sense of confidentiality
