الأدوار والمسؤوليات
Responsibilities:
- Lead financial operations, delivering accurate and timely information.
- Develop cross-functional relationships with senior management, partners, and stakeholders.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Advise on fiscal management, budget formulation, and financial strategies.
- Deliver financial reports and ensure budget accuracy and integrity.
- Develop policies, controls, and systems for commercial success.
- Shape and direct the Finance Department's operational direction.
- Monitor cash flow, foreign exchange, and debt requirements.
- Advise the Board on funding needs.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years as CFO or equivalent.
- Oil & Gas industry and Big 4 accounting experience preferred.
- Strong financial management track record in complex environments.
- Integrity, analytical skills, and knowledge of accounting principles.
- Leadership abilities to manage financial teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and long-term financial planning expertise.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and risk management.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
