Nursing Shift Schedule Overview

Standard Shifts:

Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Nurses working these 12-hour shifts will have three days off per week.

Alternative Shifts:

If the rota assigns 8-hour shifts per day, nurses will have two days off per week.

Scheduling Period:

Nursing schedules are organised in 6-week blocks, with each nurse expected to complete 23 shifts within each 6-week period. Benefits 35 Days Annual Leave + public holiday 8-14 days (varies year on year)
Free mobilisation and de-mobilisation flights to and from point of origin plus a mid year return flight ticket.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Licensure:
Eligible for Nursing Specialist or higher registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS)

Clinical Experience:

Minimum of two (2) years of recent clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse in the relevant unit or department
Minimum of one (1) year of recent experience as a Unit In-Charge Nurse
