The CEO will be accountable for the full P&L, strategy, growth, and operations of the properties division. The mandate includes transforming the current portfolio into a structured, high-performing, and investment-ready real estate platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive 3 5 year real estate growth strategy.
- Oversee asset acquisition, development, leasing, operations, and maintenance.
- Improve asset performance, rental income, and operational efficiencies.
- Build and lead multidisciplinary teams across real estate operations.
- Strengthen governance, compliance, and reporting frameworks.
- Forge partnerships with developers, municipalities, and sector stakeholders.
- Report directly to the investment group s leadership/board.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
12 18+ years of progressive experience in real estate, property management, asset management, or development.
- Demonstrated success in scaling property portfolios and improving profitability.
- Strong command of Saudi real estate laws, tenancy regulations, and development requirements.
- Proven P&L ownership and strong financial acumen.
- Experience with family investment companies or diversified portfolios is preferred.
- High emotional intelligence, integrity, and stakeholder management.
