• Analyze industrial margins and production costs to support decision-making.

Cash Management and Financing:

• Ensure the forward-looking management of cash flow.
• Manage banking relationships and negotiate investment and operating financing.

Administration, Legal and HR:

• Supervise personnel administration and social compliance.
• Managing the legal and tax aspects.

Transformation et Syst mes d'Information :

• Managing the evolution of the Financial Information System.
• Structure and formalize internal procedures to strengthen internal control.

• Advanced mastery of general and analytical accounting and Algerian taxation.
