This mission is part of a double challenge: guaranteeing the protection of systems and the operational resilience of the group, while structuring the technical foundations of cybersecurity offers for corporate clients.

Scope of the function:

Strategy & Protection: Define and drive the cybersecurity strategy of the organization, guarantee the protection of IT systems and networks against cyber threats, and deploy a security culture by design and by default throughout the group.

Operational Resilience: Design and maintain Disaster Recovery (DRP) and Business Continuity (BCP) systems, manage intrusion tests, crisis exercises and cyber simulations, and ensure a high level of resilience in the face of major incidents.

Technical Excellence: Manage the Security Operations Center (SOC), deploy IAM/PAM solutions, implement the Zero Trust program, integrate security into development chains via DevSecOps, and oversee the management of vulnerabilities, risks and security audits.

Leadership & Culture: Manage, supervise and develop the skills of the teams, federate around a common vision, and promote transversal work between IT, business and partner departments.

Performance indicators:

The success of the CISO is evaluated on four indicators: zero critical incidents impacting activity, compliance with standards and successful audits, SOC effectiveness measured on incident detection and response times, and success rate of DRP/BCP tests.

Your profile:

Training: Graduate of a Grande École d’Ingénieurs or a Bac+5 university degree in IT, information systems security or equivalent.

Experience: You have a minimum of 12 years of experience in cybersecurity, including at least 5 years in a management position (CISO, CISO, Head of Cybersecurity) within organizations of significant size.

Compliance: You have a good command of the regulatory and normative requirements applicable to critical IT environments and are able to conduct the group's compliance with rigor.

Leadership: You federate your teams around common objectives, develop a culture of responsibility and excellence, and create the conditions for effective cross-functional work between IT, business and partner departments.
