Develop and implement the overall land surveying and geomatics strategy for the program, ensuring alignment with client requirements, statutory regulations, and international surveying standards.

Establish project control networks, geodetic reference systems, and benchmarks to ensure accuracy and consistency across all project packages.

Break down surveying scopes, deliverables, and methodologies into actionable tasks across all disciplines, contractors, and subcontractors.

Oversee topographic, boundary, setting-out, deformation, and as-built surveys, ensuring compliance with approved specifications and tolerances.

Review, verify, and approve survey data, calculations, drawings, and reports submitted by consultants and contractors.

Ensure integration of survey data with BIM, GIS, and engineering models to support design coordination, construction accuracy, and asset data integrity.

Coordinate surveying activities across multiple work packages to ensure timely data updates, clash avoidance, and consistency with design intent.

Monitor surveying performance, accuracy levels, and field productivity; identify risks or discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Establish and enforce surveying QA/QC procedures, data validation protocols, and documentation standards.

Provide technical leadership, guidance, and training to survey managers, surveyors, and field teams.

Support planning, construction, and commercial teams with accurate spatial data for progress tracking, volume calculations, claims, and decision-making.

Prepare executive-level surveying reports, dashboards, and progress updates for senior management and stakeholders.

Ensure survey records, control data, and as-built information meet handover, asset management, and lifecycle requirements.
