  • Demonstratated leadership and managerial skills and provides administrative guidance to the nursing staff
  • Develops annual operational plan for the nursing department in alignment with the hospital's mission, vision and goals and in accordance to the community needs
  • Champion and implement innovative nursing practices, focusing on evidence-based care models to elevate patient outcomes.
  • Lead the nursing team's strategic direction, aligning it with the hospital's mission and financial objectives, to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Oversee the development and management of the nursing budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency and patient benefit.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, empowering nurses to excel in their careers.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and accreditation requirements, maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety.
  • Act as a key liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and hospital administration, fostering seamless collaboration.
  • Drive patient satisfaction initiatives, enhancing the patient experience through improved service and care delivery.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect best practices and support clinical excellence.
  • Manage and resolve complex nursing-related issues, providing decisive leadership and solutions.
  • Recruit, retain, and mentor nursing leaders, building a strong and capable nursing workforce.
  • Promotes a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality and high standards of care
  • Promotes inclusive health by providing equitable and accessible care to patients and families with special needs

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required.
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive nursing leadership experience in a hospital setting.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, financial management, and healthcare operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate large nursing teams, with a focus on staff development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in implementing and managing nursing-specific technology and electronic health records systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse and fast-paced healthcare environment.
