Mulk Med India is launching nationwide operations with a large-scale expansion across multiple cities.

We are seeking a senior Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operational strategy, stakeholder engagement, and execution of a 100-city rollout across 22+ states, managing multi-provider healthcare networks and telehealth services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead national operations for multi-state healthcare rollout

• Drive execution of 100-city expansion plan

• Work closely with hospitals and healthcare partners

• Build and manage provider network across India

• Establish operational SOPs and governance frameworks

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Telehealth, Finance)

• Monitor city-wise performance and operational KPIs

• Oversee provider onboarding and service delivery standards

• Manage stakeholder communication and reporting

• Support strategic planning and growth initiatives

• Engage with healthcare institutions and strategic partners

• Collaborate with leadership team for rollout planning

• Represent operations in high-level stakeholder discussions

• Ensure alignment between partners, providers, and internal teams

• Drive operational readiness across all expansion cities
