Chief Product Technology Officer, (CPTO)

As the Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO), you will own the end-to-end product and technology portfolio across both businesses. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will define the multi-product strategy, modernize execution, and elevate product and engineering capabilities while ensuring reliability, regulatory readiness, and risk controls across regions.

This role sits at the intersection of growth, trust, and scale. You will shape how products are conceived, built, measured, and governed, balancing speed with compliance, experimentation with stability, and innovation with institutional rigor.

How You ll Make an Impact

Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership

• Define a clear, differentiated product strategy tied to revenue growth, retention, trust, and risk outcomes.
• Build and maintain a measurable, prioritized roadmap across both businesses and platform capabilities.
• Make transparent trade-offs across multiple product lines with differing constraints, metrics, and regulatory requirements.
• Establish a strong narrative around customer value, product bets, and long-term platform evolution.

Brokerage & Growth Engine Development

• Architect the brokerage growth engine across the full lifecycle: activation retention trading frequency deposits commission revenue.
• Strengthen onboarding, verification, funding, and engagement journeys through product-led CRM hooks.
• Institutionalize experimentation discipline through robust telemetry, funnel diagnostics, and A/B testing without compromising compliance or reliability.

Trust, Reliability & Regulatory Readiness

• Strengthen platform stability through clear SLOs, observability, incident management, and response frameworks.
• Embed compliance- and risk-by-design principles across product and engineering (auditability, access controls, data governance).
• Establish and enforce marketing and claims governance in collaboration with Risk & Compliance.
• Define and operate clear product governance models across regulated and non-regulated surfaces.

Platform Synergy & Architecture Leadership

• Establish a clear separation between platform and product to reduce duplication and increase delivery velocity.
• Build shared services, workflows, and foundational capabilities intentionally across both businesses.
• Steer architectural decisions with a strong understanding of scalability, reliability, and modern engineering practices.

Capability Building & Operating System Enhancement

• Implement a modern product development operating system that enables high-agency problem solving within squads.
• Mature Product Management practices across discovery, domain ownership, decision-making, and delivery.
• Introduce Product Operations to support multi-product and multi-jurisdiction complexity.
• Set and uphold high standards for product craft, engineering excellence, and execution discipline across hubs.

AI-Native Execution & Future Readiness

• Drive an AI-builder mindset across product, design, and engineering focused on practical, value-generating use cases.
• Institutionalize AI workflows to enhance discovery, delivery speed, operational efficiency, and decision quality.
