Main responsibilities

1. Business Development

Identify, prospect and sign new restaurants and strategic partners.

Monitor partner performance (sales, cancellation rates, satisfaction) and propose action plans.

Manage commercial negotiations and ensure a good relationship with existing partners.

Participate in the implementation of commercial offers and local campaigns (promotions, deals, visibility).

2. Recruitment and management of delivery drivers

Recruit, train and onboard new delivery drivers in the city.

Ensure that the number of active delivery drivers is sufficient to meet demand.

Monitor the performance, satisfaction and retention of delivery drivers.

Working with central teams to optimize recruitment and fleet management processes.

3. Operational monitoring

Monitor key performance indicators (orders, cancellation rate, delivery time, etc.).

Identify operational problems and propose quick solutions.

Working in coordination with regional teams (sales, marketing, operations, support) to improve overall performance
