1. Project Leadership & Execution

   
   

• Take full charge of the commercial building project lifecycle (initiation to completion).

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and execution strategies.

• Lead site operations and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.

  
  

2.       Technical Oversight

• Review and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.

• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations and authority requirements.

• Supervise structural works including foundations, concrete works, steel structures, and finishing stages.

• Resolve technical issues and site challenges proactively.

  
  

3. Planning & Cost Control

• Prepare and monitor project schedules (Primavera/MS Project preferred).

• Manage material procurement planning and site logistics.

• Control project costs and minimize wastage.

• Verify contractor bills and variation claims.

  
  

4. Authority Approvals & Compliance

• Coordinate approvals with:

• Dubai Municipality

• Abu Dhabi Municipality

• Sharjah Municipality

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and safety regulations.

• Oversee inspection processes and obtain completion certificates.

5. Quality & HSE Management

• Implement QA/QC procedures on-site.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and HSE policies.

• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.

• Ensure zero major safety violations.

  
  

6. Team Management

• Supervise site engineers, foremen, supervisors, and subcontractors.

• Monitor workforce productivity.

• Provide technical guidance and leadership to site staff.
