The main tasks assigned, which are not exhaustive, are listed below:

External monitoring mission of the progress of the OA/OANCM works:

• Conduct technical audits and sample quality controls on all OA/OANCM works in support of the GC AMO lot managers;
• Ensure technical coordination during the production of detailed design studies (EXE) and monitor the validity of technical solutions or adaptations before submission to the VISA phase
• Ensure external control of the visas issued by construction companies
• Contribute to monitoring the work and technical issues in support of external Civil Engineering control across all sectors;
• Contribute with the VISA team to the processing of project changes and structural non-conformities;
• Prepare expert reports and propose technical recommendations;
• Participate in steering committee meetings and meetings necessary for the project;
• To provide detailed opinions on applications for accreditation in the event of a discrepancy with the standards enabling their instructions;
• Contribute to the processing of exemption requests and project progress reports requiring technical expertise;
• Contribute to the management of interfaces with other markets;
• Contribute to the production of monthly reports within your scope;
• Contribute to the Management of Program Changes in collaboration with the Head of the Infrastructure Department;
• Facilitate specific internal meetings for sharing best practices and technical training;
• Participate in expert committees for specific expert missions in common and non-common engineering structures;
