• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering projects, showcasing progressive responsibility and technical expertise.

• Experience in specific industries such as transportation, water resources, or structural engineering is preferred.

• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations to ensure compliance throughout project phases.

• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and SAP2000 is essential for effective design and analysis.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, enabling the identification and resolution of complex engineering challenges.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.

• Ability to work collaboratively in teams, showcasing leadership qualities and a commitment to achieving common goals.

• Physical ability to conduct on-site inspections and navigate construction environments safely.

• Must have a valid driving license and own a car

• Able to travel between the emirates to execute and supervise projects
