Position Summary:

Robert Bird Group is seeking Expressions of Interest for Urban Civil professionals across multiple seniority levels to support ongoing and upcoming projects across Saudi Arabia.

The roles will focus on the delivery of integrated urban civil design, including roads, grading, drainage, and utilities, aligned with major masterplanning and development programs.

We are building a strong pipeline of talent across multiple levels:

• Urban Civil Lead
• Urban Principal Civil Engineer
• Urban Senior Civil Engineer
• Urban Civil Engineer

These roles will support major urban civil, masterplanning, and development programs aligned with Saudi Arabia s Vision 2030 initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver urban civil infrastructure design, including roads, grading, drainage, and utilities
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across planning, architecture, and utilities
• Support masterplanning and concept to detailed design development
• Ensure compliance with local authority standards and project specifications
• Manage stakeholders, clients, and internal teams for timely project delivery
• Mentor and support junior engineers (for senior roles)
• Contribute to technical excellence and innovation across projects

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in urban civil infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, grading, drainage)
• Strong understanding of masterplanning and integrated infrastructure design
• Experience working in the Middle East, preferably in KSA
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and relevant design tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills

For senior roles:

• Demonstrated leadership and project delivery experience
• Client-facing and stakeholder management capability
