We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to oversee and manage residential building projects in Ajman. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in civil construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate teams effectively on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day on-site construction activities for residential building projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor quality of work, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and report progress to project managers.
• Maintain daily site records, material usage, and labor reports.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide practical solutions to maintain project timelines.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Civil Foreman, specifically in residential building projects in Ajman.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Proficient in English and Tamil for effective communication with the team.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce them on-site.
