Key Responsibilities

1. Government & Authority Coordination

• Coordinate with KEZAD / KIZAD Authority, Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM / DMT), Abu Dhabi Civil Defence, and utility service providers.

• Support preparation, submission, and follow-up of building permits, amendments, and NOCs.

• Track authority comments, approval conditions, and inspection requirements.

• Coordinate and attend authority inspections and meetings.

• Ensure timely closure of authority observations with consultants and contractors.

• Maintain structured trackers for approvals and inspections.

  2. Civil Works Site Coordination

• Support and coordinate execution of civil works including earthworks, piling, pile caps, and foundations.

• Coordinate MRSS and utility foundations, cable trenches, duct banks, and oil soak pits.

• Support roads, paving, and industrial flooring works.

• Ensure civil works are executed in accordance with approved drawings and authority requirements.

• Assist in resolving site-level civil issues impacting schedule or approvals.

• Coordinate closely with civil contractors and consultants.

  3. Utility & Fire Compliance Support

• Support coordination related to Civil Defence and fire compliance requirements.

• Assist during Civil Defence and utility inspections.

• Ensure civil scope items impacting fire and utility approvals are inspection-ready.

• Support closure of inspection comments and final approvals.

  4. Overall Project Tracking & Management Support

• Support the Project Manager in tracking overall project progress across civil, structural, MEP, and utilities.

• Maintain and update project schedules, trackers, dashboards, action logs, and interface matrices.

• Track key milestones, risks, and dependencies.

• Proactively flag delays or issues to the Project Manager and Managing Director.

• Prepare periodic progress updates and concise reports for senior management.

  5. Documentation & Project Handover Support

• Maintain organized records of authority submissions, approvals, and inspections.

• Support preparation of as-built drawings (civil scope) and handover documentation.

• Assist in final project close-out activities.
