Civil Project Manager

Job Description:

Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of civil engineering projects from inception to delivery.

Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure project objectives are met.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, maintaining accurate records.

Facilitate regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status, milestones, and any issues encountered.

Oversee procurement of materials and resources, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to verify adherence to specifications and standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned to enhance future project performance.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil project management or a related field.

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex civil engineering projects.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

Ability to work independently in a hybrid (home/office) arrangement
