Civil Supervisor (Infrastructure PS) Emarat Aloula Contracting

We, at Emarat Aloula is seeking a competent and experienced Civil Supervisor (Infrastructure PS) to oversee site execution works for the Pumping Station project in Dubai, focusing on sewerage and stormwater infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day civil activities at site, ensuring that all works are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, project timelines, and Dubai Municipality regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise civil works related to:

  • Pumping station structures

  • Sewerage networks

  • Stormwater drainage systems

  • Underground utilities and associated infrastructure

• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.

• Coordinate closely with Site Engineers, subcontractors, foremen, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.

• Monitor excavation, shoring, dewatering, concrete works, pipe laying, manhole construction, and structural activities.

• Ensure strict compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) requirements and relevant authority standards.

• Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce HSE regulations at all times.

• Monitor quality of work and ensure timely rectification of non-conformances.

• Maintain daily progress reports, manpower allocation records, and material usage logs.

• Support testing and commissioning activities related to sewerage and stormwater systems.

• Assist the Project Manager in achieving project milestones and preventing delays.

• Attend coordination meetings with consultants, authorities, and client representatives when required.
