What You ll Do

  • Manage Client Growth - Act as the primary relationship owner for a dedicated portfolio of clients and agencies in Morocco, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Execute Strategy and Sales Discipline - Implement sales strategies and business development initiatives, including building and managing a healthy pipeline and maintaining strong sales routines.
  • Client Education and Support - Work closely with clients and agency partners to provide guidance, insights, and support. Help them understand and leverage digital advertising solutions to achieve their marketing objectives.
  • Market Insight - Develop a strong understanding of the Moroccan digital and media landscape to identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.

What You Need For This Role

  • 1.5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within digital advertising, media, technology, or marketing services.
  • Digital Marketing Understanding: A solid understanding of digital advertising and the online marketing ecosystem, with the ability to advise clients and agencies.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Languages: Fluency in French and English is required. Arabic is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and execute sales strategies effectively.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus."

1.5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within digital advertising, media, technology, or marketing services.
