Architect Intelligent M365 Solutions: Utilize M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, and Custom Agents to design tailored solutions that meet specific business needs, demonstrating the full potential of M365.
Innovate with Power Platform and M365: Develop custom solutions and automation using PowerApps, while harnessing the Power Platform's capabilities alongside M365 extensibility models, showcasing the integration benefits.
Governance Frameworks & M365 AI Integration: Design and implement robust governance frameworks, advising on M365 AI best practices, data readiness, and change management to streamline M365 adoption.
Cross-functional Collaboration on M365 Projects: Work closely with customer IT departments to ensure seamless integration and solution delivery, focusing on enhancing the M365 experience.

Experience: 10-15 years in Information Technology, with 8+ years in enterprise consulting or solution architecture, specifically within the M365 ecosystem.
Expertise: Proven experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, especially in Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, Custom Agents, and M365 Copilot Extensibility for Business.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AI in business workflows
Communication: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Leadership: Ability to lead complex engagements from scope to design to implementation.
Certification: Microsoft Certified: M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent.
Change Management: Background in change management and user adoption strategies specifically for M365 applications.
