Key Responsibilities & Authorities

• To study assembly specifications to perform the most efficient order of processes required for specific projects
• To measure each large and small component to ensure they will fit together properly in the final design
• To identify potential problems by understanding machine specifications and drawings before the production process
• To assemble metal components
• To polish finished components
• To manufacture metal components and assemble them to construct tools, industrial machinery, and machine components
• To maintain equipment
• To take accurate measurements
• To team up with machinists
• To execute all other tasks as requested by R&D Director or by the immediate Supervisor within the assigned job role.

Skills/Experience:

• ITI Technical certificate / OR Diploma mechanical. (Industrial training institute)
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in engineering/design department for production of design/shop drawings/material submittals.
• Must be knowledge in Siemens & Fanuc control operating system
• Language: HINDI, English should speak and understand English

Physical and Mental Requirements:

• Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Mobility: Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within a refinery or plant environment and accessing elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells.
• Communication: Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing, or other communication capabilities, to communicate effectively.
• Focus and Multitasking: Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively.
• Safety Equipment: Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection, if/where needed in manufacturing environments.
• Personal Mobility and Reflexes: Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform office duties and travel to off-site locations when necessary.
