CNC Technician Bright Moon Machinery Trading LLC (UAE)

We are looking for 2 CNC service technicians:

Specializing in Mechanical parts & components.

Specializing in Electrical & electronics.

Mechanical Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical issues in CNC machines (plate cutting, press brake, plate rolling machines)

• Perform maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems

• Repair and replace machine components such as bearings, gears, shafts, and mechanical assemblies

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime

• Service related equipment including welding machines and bandsaws

• Align, calibrate, and test machines after repairs

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and manuals

  
  

Electrical & Electronics Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic faults in CNC machines

• Troubleshoot CNC control systems, PLCs, servo motors, and drives

• Handle machine wiring, panel maintenance, and system installation

• Work with sensors, relays, encoders, and automation components

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams

• Ensure proper functioning of control systems and safety circuits

• Support commissioning and setup of CNC machines

Kindly note: These roles will not be completely onsite and may require travel to client locations for service and maintenance work. Company provided transport will be available for all work related travel.
