الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Contacting and managing existing clients/suppliers and recruiting new clients/suppliers (telephone, mailing, in person)
  • Analyze customer needs and propose the most suitable solutions.
  • Supporting a project, from its commercial negotiation to its completion
  • Prepare quotes and technical-commercial proposals and manage all phases of prospecting, negotiation and signing of the sales contract.
  • Coordination of internal work from the client to graphic designers, workshops, purchasing, suppliers, etc.
  • Participate in the development of sales proposals and pre-sales phases
  • To increase the company's revenue by achieving the prospecting objective
  • Reporting of work to clients and internally to management
  • Work planning, installations and delivery

  • Initiative
  • Basic knowledge of computer graphics (graphic jargon; file types, color printing mode...).
  • Mastery of negotiation and sales techniques
  • Mastery of French, Arabic
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop privileged relationships with clients, both during the prospecting phase and during account development.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

  • Diploma (Bac+2 or higher) in marketing, communication, or business studies
  • Experience in marketing, advertising and communication, as well as print and point-of-sale advertising.
