Main responsibilities:
- Attend pre-service briefings for daily updates.
- Ensure that the installation complies with the standards.
- Help the server keep the workstation well-stocked, clean and tidy.
- Serve food and drinks in accordance with restaurant standards and customer needs.
- To clear and put the tables back.
- Excellent knowledge of all the dishes and drinks served in the restaurant.
- Ensure that the service and dining areas are always clean and that work is carried out in accordance with our health and safety standards.
- Manage customer comments and complaints appropriately and communicate them to restaurant management.
- Ensure that the uniform provided is clean, presentable and in good condition, ensuring that personal hygiene and appearance standards set an example for the team and reflect a professional image to our clients.
- Clean silverware regularly to ensure proper maintenance.
- Participate in training sessions.
- Respond to any other reasonable request from your manager.

Attention to detail, style and aesthetics of the hotel is essential.
- University degree in hospitality or a similar field.
- 3-6 months of experience in a similar position.
- Good mastery of English, French, and Arabic.
