الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Lead the commissioning process for complex systems, ensuring all equipment meets specifications and operational standards.
  • Develop and execute detailed commissioning plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments to minimize project delays.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the commissioning phase, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and validation of systems, documenting results and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and client requirements.
  • Train and guide operational staff on system functionalities, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols to ensure smooth handover.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors, coordinating their activities to align with project commissioning schedules.
  • Perform site inspections and audits to identify potential risks and ensure adherence to safety standards throughout the commissioning process.
  • Compile comprehensive commissioning documentation, including reports, manuals, and certificates to support project completion and handover.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to analyze system performance data and implement necessary adjustments for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance commissioning methodologies and best practices.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commissioning roles within the energy, oil & gas, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a strong asset, showcasing proficiency in leading projects.
  • Proven experience with international projects, understanding of various industry standards, and regulations.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable for multicultural projects.
  • Strong technical skills in system diagnostics, performance testing, and knowledge of relevant software tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, effectively managing teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and implementing solutions.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in documentation and adherence to project specifications.
  • Physical capability to perform site visits in various environments, including remote and industrial settings.
