Key Responsibilities:

• Teach computing topics such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Safety, and beginner-level programming (e.g., Scratch, Python).
• Plan and deliver structured lessons that align with the CBSE ICT curriculum.
• Use digital simulations, coding platforms, and project-based learning to support understanding.
• Assess students regularly through practical tasks, written tests, and digital presentations.

Student Engagement & Skill Development:

• Promote creative thinking, logical reasoning, and collaborative digital work.
• Guide students in responsible online behavior and cyber safety awareness.
• Offer differentiated instruction to support students at varying skill levels.

Classroom Management & Inclusivity:

• Maintain a safe, organized, and technology-friendly classroom or lab environment.
• Enforce rules around appropriate hardware and software usage.
• Encourage inclusivity and ensure all students can meaningfully engage with technology.

Parental Communication & Collaboration:

• Share student progress with parents and discuss digital skills development.
• Support digital events or exhibitions that involve parent participation.

Professional Development & Compliance:

• Stay updated on educational technology tools and CBSE ICT curriculum changes.
• Follow KHDA guidelines and school policies related to digital instruction.
• Work with colleagues to integrate technology into other subject areas.
