Main tasks:

Operate the concrete pump and ensure proper concrete flow.

Duties (tasks and responsibilities):

• To take into account and communicate to one's hierarchy any risk that could compromise the exercise of one's activity, and to implement the appropriate actions in accordance with the guidelines;
• Prepare, adjust and operate the concrete mixer motor;
• Open the doors of the gravel, sand and cement silos so that these materials flow into the weighbridge hoppers to be weighed according to the specifications for manufacturing concrete products;
• Open the tipping hopper doors so that the weighed materials can be poured into the mixing drum;
• Open a valve so that water can pass from the measuring tank into the mixing drum;
• Open the discharge port so that the doses of mixed concrete can pass from the drum into a conveyor;
• Control the drum timer and record the number of doses;
• Proceed to cleaning the drum;
• Proceed with the implementation of the concrete according to the rules of the art in this matter;
• Repair faults and perform minor adjustments and maintenance as needed;
• Keep production records, noting the quantities produced;
• Control the power supply with adjuvants.

In terms of QHSE:

• Respect the general safety instructions and rules in force within the Company and on the Project site;
• Apply the procedures and rules dictated within the framework of the Integrated Management System;
• Wear appropriate collective and individual protective equipment (CPE and PPE) at the project level;
• Follow the safety instructions provided by the manufacturer, contained in the equipment or machinery user manual;
• Check the condition of the equipment before use, to ensure there are no defects that could harm safety and/or the environment and report any anomalies observed;
• To operate, handle and use one's equipment with professionalism, caution .... and in strict compliance with safety rules;
• Communicate any malfunction or relevant information related to the activity to your superiors.
