Tasks and missions:

• Analyze and study the plans established by the company.
• Execute the planned resource allocation (equipment, materials and labor)
• Proceed with the site installation, paying particular attention to safety: Installation of barriers, lighting, and signage.
• Define the work program.
• Form teams and give them the necessary instructions for each stage of the work.
• Order the necessary materials and equipment.
• Monitor the progress of the work and ensure that it is carried out in accordance with the contract.
• Monitor the progress schedules of the work and adherence to deadlines and the committed budget.
• Carry out the measurements, calculate the intermediate or final costs.
• Ensure that safety measures and discipline are enforced on the construction site.
• Monitor the condition of the equipment and its maintenance.
