الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Oversee daily site operations and coordinate all construction activities.
  • Prepare work schedules, manpower plans, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure work progress aligns with project timelines and contract requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Supervise site execution, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor productivity, progress, and quality of work.
  • Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
  • Enforce strict adherence to HSE standards as per GCC regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox meetings.
  • Ensure the safety of workers, equipment, and the work environment.
  • Ensure all construction work meets quality standards and project specifications.
  • Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
  • Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings.
  • Monitor material usage, equipment deployment, and manpower efficiency.
  • Control project costs and prevent wastage.
  • Assist in preparing project reports, cost updates, and progress billing.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
  • Maintain site documentation, logs, and records as per company and client requirements.
  • Attend site meetings with management and clients.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with proven/ relevant real estate/ camp project/ construction experience; minimum 20 years’ experience in Oman/ GCC countries in site construction management and control of similar project value for Real Estate/

Infrastructure Projects.
