Surbana Jurong (SJ) is seeking Construction Managers - Stations for an upcoming high-speed rail project in the UAE, currently under Expression of Interest (EOI).

The role involves managing station construction activities and ensuring that quality, safety, schedule, and cost objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee station civil, architectural, and MEP construction works.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
• Coordinate with design, interface, and project teams to resolve site issues.
• Review construction documents and progress reports.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover.

Key Knowledge and Skills

• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of station construction, QA/QC, and HSE practices.
• Ability to drive performance and manage multiple stakeholders.
