Construction Manager - MEP Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast LLC., Riyadh

Plan, organize, and manage all MEP construction activities from mobilization to commissioning and handover

Review MEP drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure constructability and compliance

Develop MEP construction schedules aligned with the overall project program

Monitor progress and take corrective actions to meet milestones

Coordinate MEP works with civil, architectural, and finishing teams to avoid clashes and delays

Lead coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers

Resolve site issues related to design conflicts, materials, and installation methods

Ensure all MEP installations meet approved drawings, specifications, and local/international codes

Implement quality control procedures, inspections, and testing protocols

Review and approve inspection requests (IRs), material submittals, and method statements

Oversee testing, commissioning, and system handover activities

Enforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulations

Conduct toolbox talks and safety audits related to MEP activities

Ensure safe work practices during installation, testing, and commissioning

Monitor MEP budgets, track costs, and manage variations and change orders

Optimize manpower, equipment, and material resources

Evaluate subcontractor performance and productivity

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and clients

Maintain accurate site records, as-built drawings, and commissioning documentation

Support claims, variations, and final account submissions

Lead and supervise MEP engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors

Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site technical issues

Foster a collaborative and performance-driven site culture
