الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Strategic Advisory & Planning

  • Provide expert guidance on Charter and ACMI contracting, including review, negotiation support, and risk assessment.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and profitability analyses for proposed routes, charter operations, and seasonal flight programs.
  • Advise on optimal fleet utilization strategies for peak-season demand.

Operational Readiness & Coordination

  • Review existing Hajj & Umrah operational plans and recommend improvements for smoother execution.
  • Support slot coordination, traffic rights, permits, and regulatory approvals with SAOC/GACA and international authorities.
  • Work with operational teams to strengthen on-time performance, disruption recovery plans, and resource allocation.

Commercial & Performance Optimization

  • Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, and Revenue teams to align operational plans with expected seasonal demand.
  • Evaluate KPIs such as utilization, block hours, punctuality, payload performance, and route profitability, recommending targeted actions.

Knowledge Transfer & Documentation

  • Produce high-quality playbooks, process maps, and handover documentation for internal teams.
  • Conduct workshops or briefings to ensure operational, commercial, and planning teams are prepared for the season.
  • Bachelor s degree in Aviation, Business, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of airline/aviation experience with strong expertise in Hajj & Umrah operations, fleet & network planning, and ACMI/Charter management.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to perform rapid assessments and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory processes, slot coordination, and international operational requirements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and advisory skills.
  • Ability to manage tight timelines and deliver impactful outcomes within a short-term assignment.
