Within Management Consulting, the Operations Practice focuses on process optimization, industrial performance, and the transformation of key functions. Our teams work on high-impact projects, such as:
improving operational performance and reducing costs;
digitizing operations and integrating advanced technologies;
managing change and supporting teams through transformation;
and diagnosing and implementing efficiency plans for various sectors.

The Practice Operations team is growing and we are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join us.

• Participate in consulting missions independently or as part of a team.

• Analyze customer needs and propose suitable solutions.

• Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to their development.

• Participate in the business development of the practice (proposals, offers).
