Consultant Portfolio and Program Management

The Portfolio and Program Management (PPM) teams are involved in the framing, management and control of complex transformation programs.

Their missions range from the implementation of operational models to the management of large transformation projects and project portfolios.

As part of the development of PPM teams specializing in the Banking and Insurance sectors, we are looking for an experienced consultant to help develop skills.

What you can expect from the mission:

Leading major transformation projects in the financial sector.

Define and deploy a project methodology.

Managing the financial performance of projects.

Assist and coach project managers in the implementation and monitoring of planning (resources, budgets, deadlines).

Managing the different stakeholders and the associated project governance.

Monitor the indicators of the different projects and populate the dashboards.

Participate in the implementation and monitoring of best practices in project portfolio management in line with client teams.

Participate in the development of our team's activities internally.

What we expect from you:

You graduated from a top engineering school or business school.

You have 3-4 years of experience in multi-project environments (banking, insurance or consulting).
