We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to strengthen our legal team. You will play a key role in managing and leading high-value legal projects. Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Supporting clients in their restructuring operations and complex legal arrangements
  • Legal advice in company law (creation, dissolution, liquidation)
  • Management of clients' legal secretarial services
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of legal documents (contracts, articles of association, shareholders' agreements, minutes)
  • Monitoring and management of legal formalities related to the life of companies
  • Active legal monitoring and proposal of innovative solutions
  • Contribution of cross-functional missions related to the firm's activity
  • Mentoring junior profiles and interns

What we expect from you:

  • Master's degree in private law, ideally in business law or corporate law
  • Minimum 3 years of experience, ideally in a consulting firm or law firm
  • Mastery of Moroccan business law and ability to manage complex cases independently
  • Good understanding of international legal standards
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
  • Rigour, proactivity, team spirit and ease in a demanding and multicultural environment
