Consultant Senior Transformation Digitale & Innovation F/H

Reporting to a Manager, the Senior Consultant will work on high-value consulting assignments, supporting clients in their digital transformation, optimizing their customer experience, and integrating innovative solutions. They will actively contribute to the design and deployment of projects combining strategic consulting and advanced technologies (AI, automation, data).

Main tasks:

Consulting & digital transformation

• Gather and analyze the business and operational needs of clients.
• Identify use cases geared towards improving customer experience and optimizing processes.
• Conduct scoping phases (feasibility studies, impact analysis, ROI estimation).
• Map customer journeys and propose concrete areas for improvement.

Innovation & technological solutions

• Identify and recommend suitable technological solutions (AI, automation, virtual assistants, analytics).
• Define implementation scenarios by integrating organizational, process and tool dimensions.
• Monitor the adoption of solutions and measure their performance over time.
• Maintain active monitoring of technological innovations and market trends.

Project management & production

• Prepare deliverables (scoping, recommendations, reports, client presentations).
• Managing projects independently and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
• To mentor and support one or more junior consultants.

Business development & internal contribution

• Participate in the development of commercial proposals and responses to calls for tenders.
• Contribute to the development of offerings around innovation and digital transformation.
• Participate in client presentations and support the firm's development initiatives.
