Main missions

1. Needs analysis

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
  • Participate in the drafting of detailed technical specifications.

2. Design & Development

  • Designing scalable and high-performance Salesforce architectures.
  • Develop custom solutions via Apex , Visualforce , Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
  • Ensure code quality and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

3. Technical Project Management

  • To act as the technical reference point on projects.
  • To mentor and support Salesforce developers.
  • Participate in planning, monitoring deadlines, risks and budgets.
  • Contribute to technical governance and adherence to the release model.

4. Integrations & APIs

  • Set up and maintain integrations with third-party systems via APIs (REST & SOAP) .
  • Manage information exchange via Outbound Messages , webhooks or integration platforms.
  • Supervise data migration and recovery projects (Data Loader, Talend, MuleSoft).

5. Release Management

  • Participate in or lead the release management processes.
  • Working with tools such as Jenkins and Bitbucket for continuous integration/deployment.
  • Ensure the reliability, traceability and quality of releases.

6. Support & Training

  • Provide advanced technical support post-implementation.
  • Train key users and internal technical teams on Salesforce best practices.

Technical skills

  • Excellent knowledge of Apex , Visualforce , Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
  • Very good level in integration: REST/SOAP APIs, Outbound Messages, webhooks, tools (Talend, MuleSoft, Make).
  • Strong skills in data manipulation and migration.
  • Knowledge or experience of release management (Jenkins, Bitbucket).
  • Very good level of English (spoken and written).
  • Popular Salesforce certifications:
    • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
    • Salesforce Architect (Application/Integration)
    • Additional certifications as needed

Nice to Have (advantages)

Ideally, at least one of the following skills or certifications:

  • Salesforce CPQ / Billing
  • Cloud Voice Service (AWS Connect)
  • Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement

Experience

  • Over 5 years of experience on Salesforce projects.
  • Experience in multi-cloud environments or large-scale projects.

Personal qualities

  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
  • Strong ability to solve complex technical problems.
  • Rigour, autonomy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
