As part of strengthening our Workday practice, we are looking for a Workday Consultant ready to transform our clients' experience with solid expertise in one of the following modules: Core HR, Talent & Performance Management, Absence, Time and Attendance, Learning Management, Compensation and Advanced Compensation, Adaptive Planning, Prism & Reporting, Peakon.

Present in 19 countries, close to the territories, and with its major software publishing partners, Inetum responds to the challenges of digital transformation with proximity and flexibility.

Driven by its ambition for growth and industrialization, Inetum generates a turnover of 2.4 billion euros in 2024.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Previous exposure to HRIS environments , ideally on Workday projects.

  • Knowledge of one or more Workday modules (e.g., Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Time, Learning, Reporting).
  • Experience in project management or active contribution to an HRIS project.
  • Ability to produce deliverables, structure an approach and be proactive.
  • Very good level of communication and ability to work with a variety of interlocutors.
  • Fluent English (international projects).
  • Marked interest in consulting, HR and HRIS solutions in SaaS mode.
  • Looking to get involved in a dynamic and growing organization.
