Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining contract documents, agreements, and related correspondence
- Ensure proper filing, tracking, and control of contracts, amendments, and project documentation
- Support maintenance of contract registers, including timelines, milestones, and contractual obligations
- Liaise with project managers, quantity surveyors, procurement, and site teams to ensure contract compliance
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants on contract-related queries and clarifications
- Facilitate timely submission of contract deliverables, approvals, and required documentation
- Assist in documenting and processing contract variations and change orders
- Maintain accurate records of approvals, revisions, and supporting documents
- Support monitoring of contractual impacts on schedule, cost, and project resources
- Prepare reports, logs, and trackers for review by project management
- Ensure all contract correspondence and records are updated and properly archived
- Support audits and internal reviews related to contract compliance and documentation
- Monitor contractual requirements to ensure alignment with client and regulatory obligations
- Assist in identifying contractual risks and escalating issues to senior commercial staff
- Support review of contractual clauses, obligations, and deliverables
- Work closely with senior contract administrators, quantity surveyors, and project teams to ensure smooth contract administration processes
- Provide support to align contractual requirements with site activities
- Assist with training and mentoring of junior team members where applicable

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration, commercial support, or related roles
- Exposure to infrastructure, airport, or airfield projects is an advantage
- Familiarity with construction contracts and contract documentation processes
- Good understanding of change orders, variations, and project deliverables
- Strong organizational, documentation, and record-keeping skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications and document management systems
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of airport or aviation project contracts and standards is an advantage
- Familiarity with procurement and project management workflows
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder project environment
- Proactive approach to learning and continuous process improvement
- Basic understanding of contractual risk management
