Key Responsibilities

* Support clients with procurement of contractors, consultants, and designers, including preparation and review of tender documents
* Manage downstream procurement for Parsons subconsultants and ensure compliance with internal procurement processes
* Oversee Independent Cost Consultants for pre- and post-contract assignments
* Provide commercial management services across assigned projects, including coordination with QS teams, contractors, and client representatives
* Lead evaluations of variations, EOTs, provisional sums, and claims, preparing entitlement reports for the client
* Provide contractual advice to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring completeness and compliance
* Support financial and contractual aspects throughout the project lifecycle, including internal and external reporting
* Review and validate contractor monthly payment applications, ensuring accurate cost and quantity records
* Liaise with the measurement QS team on pricing and measurement matters
* Maintain detailed and accurate project records and documentation
* Advise on contractor resource allocation and audit contractor payments
* Monitor contractor final cost estimates and prepare final accounts
* Coordinate the activities of wider project commercial teams as required

Ideal Profile

* BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying
* Minimum 3 years experience in QS or Contract Administration
* Strong written communication skills, particularly for contractual correspondence
* Proven experience assessing variations, claims, and contractual matters
* Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and manage workload without supervision
