Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and follow up on overseas procurement contracts with international suppliers.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and prepare periodic reports on delivery status and lead times.
  • Prepare and follow up on contracts-related reports with clients, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
  • Support the preparation of delay claims and compensation reports in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Follow up with overseas suppliers on order status, delivery timelines, and any potential delays, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders
  • Follow up with Logistics Department.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Projects, and Procurement departments to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
  • Maintain proper documentation and archiving of contracts, correspondence, and records.
  • Track contractual milestones and support project delivery timelines.

We are seeking an experienced strong>Overseas Procurement Contracts Coordinator/strong> to manage and coordinate external procurement contracts, shipments, and related project reports, ensuring timely delivery and contractual compliance./p> Key Responsibilities: ul> li>Coordinate and follow up on strong>overseas procurement contracts/strong> with international suppliers./li> li>Monitor shipment schedules and prepare strong>periodic reports/strong> on delivery status and lead times./li> li>Prepare and follow up on strong>contracts-related reports with clients/strong>, ensuring compliance with contractual terms./li> li>Support the preparation of strong>delay claims and compensation reports/strong> in coordination with relevant departments./li> li>Follow up with overseas suppliers on strong>order status, delivery timelines, and any potential delays/strong>, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders /li> li>Follow up with strong>Logistics Department/strong>./li> li>Coordinate with strong>Finance, Projects, and Procurement/strong> departments to ensure data accuracy and alignment./li> li>Maintain proper strong>documentation and archiving/strong> of contracts, correspondence, and records./li> li>Track contractual milestones and support project delivery timelines./li> /ul>ul> li>Bachelor s degree in strong>Business Administration, or a related field/strong>./li> li>Minimum strong>3 years of experience/strong> in procurement or contracts coordination./li> li>Proven experience in strong>overseas procurement/strong> and dealing with international suppliers./li> li>Strong reporting and data analysis skills./li> li>Proficiency in strong>Microsoft Excel and MS Office/strong>./li> li>Experience in strong>projects, construction, or elevators industry/strong> is a strong advantage./li> li>Strong organizational and coordination skills./li> li>Very Good command in English (Writing, Listening, and Speaking) /li> li>Excellent communication and follow-up abilities./li> li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines./li> li>High attention to detail and accuracy./li> li>Professional attitude and confidentiality./li> li>Cairo or Giza Residential only./li> li>Females are preferred./li> /ul>
