الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage the creation of new contracts, amendments and renewals (document creation, data entry and recording in the tools, letter generation, communication with sales teams in France, )
  • Carry out administrative tasks related to the Know Your Customer process:
  • Reception and analysis of document completeness
  • Verification in databases
  • Recording supporting documents in the tools
  • Archiving
  • Prepare for contract validation
  • Carry out the contractual termination work
  • Carry out verification work and launch approval requests for client studies.
  • Carry out activities related to Profit Sharing requests

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

University degree in insurance, finance, economics or a related field.

  • Prior experience in credit insurance, business insurance or a similar position is an asset.
  • Good analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (French).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and results orientation.
